Administrative Fee:

Over 50: 5,460  (60% of full general membership dues)
SPECIAL - 30% Discount $3,500 - for first year only.

Under 50: $2,730 (30% of full general membership dues)


Note: Dues may be paid in installments providing all dues are paid in full by July 20th. Installment schedule is 40% billed in February payable by March 20th, 30% billed in April payable by May 20th and 30% billed in June payable by July 20th.

Activities Fee:

$95 (hole in one, tennis / pool / dining room activities)

Tennis Court Use - May use the tennis courts in the afternoons from 1‐5 PM for an annual fee of $500.

Driving Range Use – May use the driving range for a $200 annual fee, which would include unlimited use of this amenity. This fee covers each person on your membership and expires at the end of each fiscal year.

Family Minimum:
3/1 - 8/31 $700 and 9/1 - 2/28 $500

Single Minimum:
50% of the family dining minimum for single members with no significant other or guest of choice: 3/1 – 8/31 $350 and 9/1 – 2/28 $250

22½% surcharge is added to all food and beverage sales. This is not based on your individual food and beverage consumption. It is 22.5% of total club food and beverage sales divided by the total membership; therefore, each member pays the same amount.


As determined by the Board.

Unlimited and in accordance with Club Rules and Regulations.

Full access to all dining facilities (including snack bars) and swimming pool at all times.

Use of golf course/tennis twice in-season, twice off-season.

May serve on Committees but may not serve on the Board.

Not eligible to vote.

Not entitled to equity in the Club.

Conversion to Full Membership:
May convert at any time.

New applicants only. In the case of a married couple the oldest spouse will be considered. Application is subject to recommendation of Membership Committee and approval of Board.

Renewable yearly at the discretion of the Board.
